About COBRA

Leaders in Preparedness & Resilience

Since initial product development began in 1999, COBRA has been used by a variety of United States (U.S.) and international federal, state, and local authorities in support of decision, emergency, and crisis management. The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) deployed COBRA as the tactical control system for the 2002 Winter Olympics and to all accredited bomb squads across the U.S. In 2004, the U.S. Department of Defense designated COBRA as the decision support system for the GUARDIAN program, installing it in over 200 U.S. military locations worldwide.
